It focuses on producing specifically defined outputs by a certain time, to a defined quality and with a given level of resources so that planned outcomes are achieved" The SHS project management process will focus on the overall planning and co-ordination of a project from inception to completion. Our Project Management objectives are aimed at meeting the client's requirements and ensuring completion on time, on budget, and to required quality standards. The SHS Project Manager will co-ordinate the project with the Client, Builder and liaises with the Electrical Contractor and other trades and suppliers. This process also provides access to our technical support and advice throughout the entire process and beyond. |
